准备发布新版本时，可先把变更记录与实际验收对齐。提供仓库、起止提交、现有版本规则和可公开范围，技能用 Python 工具解析 Conventional Commits，整理新增、修改和修复，辅助生成日志及语义版本建议。提交类型不等于功能已经通过测试，缺少验收就列为待确认；内部漏洞、客户名称和密钥不能直接写进公告。生成器不代表版本已发布，也不自动打标签或推送，文件覆盖、发布和回滚均由负责人批准。
