一人公司想改进交付或内部流程，却不知道先补哪块时，可让高级项目经理使用。提供现有流程、目标标准、限制和已知证据，技能建立差距对照，区分已确认原因与待验证假设，交付优先级、改进路线和验收标准。这不是泛泛列缺点，也不能把理想状态当作已实现成果。只按获准资料分析，未访谈的部门不编造意见；涉及预算、岗位调整与制度发布由老板确认，行动完成后用同一口径重新核验。
