月末对账总是来回找差异时，可以先明确任务顺序和需要的凭据。提供脱敏的结账计划、总账或银行导出文件、截止日期以及公司自己的阈值，技能用本地 Python 工具整理任务依赖、匹配差异、账龄和波动说明清单。工具不连接银行或 ERP，不实际记账、付款或签字。上游境外审计资料和样例阈值不能直接当作中国会计要求，也不能把匹配结果写成审计结论；资料留在获准范围，差异与最终账务处理由财务人员核实。
