对话已经讨论很多细节，却觉得越做越偏时，可以先做一次方向复查。提供原目标、已作决定、证据、限制与当前卡点，技能从整体目标、缺口、假设偏差和上下文关系检查，输出继续、调整或先补一个关键信息的建议。它主要依靠现有资料推理，不需要专门外部工具，也不会自动调度员工。暂停建议不能代替老板的决定，事实和猜测应分开；缺少资料就说明不确定性，不凭复盘内容扩大职业边界或生产权限。
