适合把英文工作简报或会议摘要做成可收听版本。依赖 Python、pocket-tts 和音频编码工具，首次需要下载模型；包内脚本使用 Bash，Windows 需相应兼容环境。当前上游默认英文语音，不能承诺中文发音质量。原始链接和文字稿应保留，数字与日期在合成后抽听复核；模型权重另按其许可使用，不提供未获本人授权的声音克隆。
